Let us help take care of your property so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
We offer customized home watch plans that fit your needs and budget. Whether you need a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visit, we have a plan for you.

Scan & secure exterior doors & windows for damage or signs of break-in attempts

Scan interior floors, walls & ceilings for pest or water issues

Check refrigerator(s) & freezer(s)

Look under all sinks & around water softener, water heater, etc. for signs of leaks

Run water through all faucets, RO, tubs, showers & flush toilets

Run the disposal when the kitchen faucet is being ran

Run washing machine & dishwasher monthly

Check thermostat(s) to insure they are functioning properly (AC vs Heat when applicable)

Water inside plants

Secure mail & packages; remove papers, flyers & junk mail from driveway or entry

Start cars, golf carts, side-by-sides, electric bikes, etc.

Scan all rooms of the home, including the garage

Lightbulb, filter & smoke detector battery checks - can be replaced if bulbs, filters & batteries are on site and a step stool and/or adequate ladder (max 6') available

Visual inspection of the landscape & report any concerns

Bring in trash & recycle containers if applicable

Report critical snow build up

Confirm your hired services are being performed (such as landscaping & home cleaning)

Check for any potential HOA violations so you can resolve prior to receiving a warning

Is there something you need help with? Just ask.

Arrange for vendors such as house keepers, window washers, handymen, HVAC tune-up, home repairs,
carpet cleaning, etc. Some honey-do items we can handle. Other services we may make arrangements
with your preferred vendor or we can choose from one of ours or get bids (when feasible). This can
include "waiting" services for the vendor to arrive, open the door, show them what needs to be done,
wait for the work to be completed or leave & return to confirm completion of service & secure home.

Did you forget something at this home and need it sent to your other home? Did Amazon deliver a
package to the wrong home and you need it re-shipped to you?

Storm response: We can do a visual inspection of the interior & exterior of the home after a major
storm or power outage.
Check breaker box, reset breakers, clocks, check fridge/freezer & other systems.
​
Coming back and want your fridge or pantry stocked with a few items so you don't have to immediately
run out and grab groceries?
We could also adjust your thermostat, arrange for housekeeping, turn the water back on, make sure all the clocks are set to the right time, etc.

We can run errands even when you are at home too. Do you need your prescription or dry cleaning picked up or do you need us to run to the post office for you?
Maybe you have a senior parent that needs assistance?

Do you need us to exchange your propane tank for the grill or outdoor heaters?

We could meet security, emergency services, City or HOA personnel at your home on your behalf.
We can meet contractors performing remodeling or extensive repairs, check progress and report to you.
