Home Watch by Ravenwolf Properties is here to help you feel more comfortable about the condition of your home while you are away. We have a list of Standard Services that we offer on each visit, but understand each family’s needs are different and we may have to customize your services to fit your needs. We also offer Concierge Services that you may need to utilize from time to time. Below are the prices for subscription services.

Home Watch Concierge Services
Concierge Services will be priced according to the service requested, but as a general rule, the hourly labor charge will be figured at $35. Any products that Home Watch purchases/fronts for clients will be billed at cost plus 15%. If the client has already purchased the product, the 15% does not apply. Trip charges may apply depending on the distance traveled. Lower project rates may be negotiated depending on the services needed. Client must have a valid card on file for automatic payment of Concierge Services. Home Watch reserves the right to bill immediately for Concierge Services or for product purchases on behalf of the client, over $50, at any time or until such time that sufficient credit of the client is established with Home Watch.
New clients will pay a one-time set-up fee of $25 **, but that will be waived when you agree to a 6 month or 12 month contract.

We accept card payments (Mastercard & Visa) or payments via Zelle. Payments are due in advance of services rendered.
